Welcome! I look forward to meeting you and sharing in the powerful and transformative journey that is Kundalini yoga, meditation, and yogic and spiritual philosophies and practices. The experience of practicing and living ancient healing traditions is a privilege like no other, and not to be missed! As we practice, we find valuable new resources in ourselves.

My path only becomes more eclectic over time, and includes formal training as KRI Level 2 certified E-RYT 500 teacher in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, certified Sat Nam Rasayan healer and teacher, 100hr Yoga Nidra teacher, RYT 300 Hatha and Tibetan yoga, with empowerments in the Yuthok Nyingthig and Avalokitesshvara Jinasagora preliminary and advanced Buddhist traditions. The Yuthok Nyingthig (Tib. གཡུ་ཐོག་སྙིང་ཐིག་), the ‘Heart Essence of Yuthok’, composed by Yuthok the Younger, is a complete cycle of Vajrayana Buddhist practice, beginning with the preliminary practices (Tib. སྔོན་འགྲོ་ “ngöndro”) and progressing through the development and completion stage practices to the highest practices of Mahamudra and Dzogchen. It is characterized by its concise and simple methods which bring about both worldly benefits, including improved health and longevity, as well as the ultimate benefit of complete spiritual liberation. The Yuthok Nyingthig is the main spiritual practice of Tibetan physicians, and it contains many unique techniques to heighten the intuition and healing capacities of the doctor.

I have formally trained with Hari Kirin Kaur, Ajeet Kaur, Snatam Kaur, Gurmukh Kaur, Gurushabd Singh, Tej Kaur, Gurucharan Singh, MahanKirn Kaur, SatKirin Kaur, Sadhu Singh, master of Sat Nam Rasayan Guru Dev Singh, Michele Loew, Tenzin Robert Thurman, Richard Freeman and Mary Taylor and Dr. Nida Chenagtsang.

Offerings include yoga and meditation, private healings, immersions, trainings, yogic teachings, retreats, events, counsel and the sharing of resources. Please see other sections of this website for details and please contact me with any questions.

I like to balance the discipline of practice with humor, fun, and the cultivation of an ever expanding healthy and vibrant community. I worked for 3HO Foundation International Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Association, supporting a worldwide community of teachers, programming and events for 7 years. Another important seva to me is bringing Sat Nam Rasayan healing and 12 step recovery meetings into a local women’s prison.

Growing up in the rural countryside of Northwestern Connecticut, I developed a wonder for nature, spending most of my time in the outdoors. I later traveled and lived for some time in various states across the country, settling in Northern Vermont to raise four children. I have always sensed a special experience and connection with spirit. I explored this connection for many years working in the Performance and Fine Arts (Installation art and painting), attempting to express the veils between the mystical and the finite world. It is in Kundalini yoga that I found an even fuller expression, creating an expanded experience of self and consciousness, health, wellbeing, and service.

Thank you for visiting this website! I invite you to join on this incredible journey- in your own unique way. Many blessings to you on this path of remembrance~ remembrance that we are complete, we are whole, we are one, we are Love, and all healing and joy lies within us.

In Love and Blessings ~ Sukhpran
